After complaining of stomach ache 10 year old gives birth

A 10 year old girl was rushed to a hospital in Brazil by her teachers after she complained of stomach ache at school. She was later discovered to be in the late stages of labour. Although only 7 months of pregnant, she gave birth normally.

According to police in Belo Horizonte,
south-east Brazil said the girl's mother said that her daughter started to struggle at school and become more introverted from October last year. The girl and her baby are been cared for in the hospital's neonatal unit.

She told the police her stepfather, 40, abused her and threaten to kill her mum and brother if she ever told about the abuse. He is now been accused of rape, charged with rape of child and illegal possession of firearms.
